举报按钮给普通用户：你在 talent、LeoPlay 或其他 OceanLeo 站点上看到有问题的内容，点页面上的「举报」即可。不必登录，也不会启动权利通知那条 24 小时时钟。

权利通知给权利人：你认为某条内容侵犯了你的版权、商标或肖像权，请走 权利通知表单。这是正式入口，需要填写身份要件；通知人对错误通知负责，我们会把通知转送给上传者。

Report a problem with the on-page button. If you are a rights holder, use the rights notice form. Do not use the report button as a substitute for a formal notice.

权利通知一到，我们立刻把通知转送给上传者（站内通知，有邮箱再发邮件），不等人工先看一遍。

之后 24 小时内由人工判断。在此期间如果仍未决，系统会先把内容隐藏。我们隐藏而不删除：原文留下，只是别人暂时看不到。

A complete notice is forwarded to the uploader immediately. A person reviews it within 24 hours. If it is still open, the content is hidden — not deleted.

上传者可以提交反通知。提交后，若 15 个自然日内我们没有采取「维持下架」的进一步行动，内容会自动恢复。

The uploader may file a counter-notice. If we take no further action for 15 calendar days, the content is restored automatically.

每次有效下架记一次。滚动 12 个月内满 3 次，账号不能再发布新内容（已发布的先不动）；满 5 次，账号封禁。内容因反通知成功或我们主动恢复而下架记录撤销的，这一次不计。

Three valid takedowns in 12 months restrict new publishing. Five ban the account. A restore removes that strike.

已下架的内容会留指纹。再传同一段文字或同一张图，系统会直接拦住并再次隐藏。隐藏的内容保留，不立刻销毁。

Taken-down material is fingerprinted. Re-uploads of the same text or image are blocked and hidden again. Hidden copies are kept, not wiped on the spot.

涉及黄赌毒、涉政、暴恐等违法内容，机器可以先隐藏，再由人工确认。这与版权、商标、肖像争议不同：那些机器不能替人下判断。

Illegal content can be hidden by machines first and then confirmed by a person. Copyright, trademark, and likeness claims are not auto-judged.

登录后打开 账户 → 内容处置，可以看到针对你内容的案件、提交反通知或申诉。说明文章：内容被隐藏了怎么办。

Signed-in users review cases and file a counter-notice or appeal at Account → Content cases.
